We're Looking for 10 Shopify Stores Ready to Scale with AI

Work 1-on-1 with GrowthHit’s team to uncover what’s blocking sales, launch AI-powered growth tactics, and scale fast - risk-free.

Trying to break through that next revenue ceiling? Want to add $100K+ in sales before the end of the year?

We’re opening up 10 spots for our August AI Growth Sprint - an 8-week program built to help Shopify brands scale smarter using real AI-backed strategies.

This isn’t a course. It’s not a DIY YouTube rabbit hole. And it’s not some vague “done-for-you” offer that leaves you guessing.

You’ll work directly with the GrowthHit team - the same crew that scaled Neat Apparel, our sweat-proof Shopify brand, to 7 figures in 12 months. We’ve done this across 150+ DTC brands and now we’re handing you the playbook.

Expect AI-powered email flows, high-converting landing pages, smarter ad creative, and a step-by-step plan tailored to your brand.

You should apply if:

  • You’re doing at least $10K/month on Shopify
  • You’ve got consistent traffic (organic or paid)
  • You’re ready to make bold, high-impact changes
  • You’re open to coaching and want real traction
  • You’re willing to share your numbers so we can get to work

And yes - there’s a 100% money-back guarantee. If you show up, implement, and don’t see results, you get your money back. No drama.

👉 Only 10 brands will be accepted into the August cohort. Apply here if you want in.

How Billie Got People to Smell Their Billboard

Yes, they made armpits marketable and it worked.

Let’s talk about a brand that turned a weird idea into real marketing gold. Billie, the women’s body care brand, ran a scratch-and-sniff billboard that literally invited people to stop and smell the armpits. It’s the kind of idea that makes you do a double-take and that’s exactly the point.

In a world where most billboards get ignored, Billie created one that people interacted with, laughed about, and shared on social. And it wasn’t just clever - it was dead-on with their brand voice: playful, unapologetic, and totally human.

Why this worked: it surprised people. It pulled them in with curiosity, added a sensory layer (smell!), and turned a passive ad format into something you talk about at dinner. Plus, it gave their PR team a field day.

Here’s the takeaway: when your category feels boring or overdone, lean into bold. Add a twist - something physical, unexpected, or even just a little ridiculous. If your brand has the guts (and the voice) to pull it off, those moments can drive way more attention than your average digital campaign.

Founders, Don’t Scale Until You Know These 2 Metrics

We acquired Neat, a sweat-proof apparel Shopify brand, in September 2023, and we’ve been documenting every win, fail, and lesson along the way here.

One simple rule changed how we grow Neat - and it’s built into a dashboard you’ll wish you had.

How do you know when to scale?

These 2 numbers tell me whether to scale Neat or pump the brakes:

1. MER (Marketing Efficiency Ratio)
2. CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost)

That’s it.

If MER is over 2.0 and CAC is under $75—we scale.

If not, we tweak, test, or pause.

But here’s the real unlock:
We built an AI-powered dashboard that tracks it all in real time.
Now, I don’t have to dig through spreadsheets.

With "Founder View," I get alerts, smart insights, and red/yellow/green lights for scaling.

This month, we scaled Neat into two new countries (UK & Canada) and increased ad spend by 25% every 3 days—confidently.

Because the data said go.

This is what being an AI-first brand looks like.
And it’s how we went from reactive to proactive.

🚀 Want an AI-dashboard like this?
Hit us up at GrowthHit - we’ll build one for you.

The Shopify AI Dashboard That Knows Your Data and Talks Strategy With You

See how we built an AI dashboard that unifies your marketing stack and tells you exactly where to focus for growth.

Imagine one place where all your most important metrics - Shopify, Meta, Google Ads, Klaviyo, and more – come together, cleanly visualized and tailored to your goals. Now imagine you can actually talk to it. Ask questions. Get strategic suggestions. Drop in your meeting notes. And have it help you figure out what to test, fix, or scale next.

That’s what our AI-powered Shopify dashboard does. It’s not just a reporting tool – it’s your personal growth strategist, built around your data, your store, and your priorities.

We’re giving a behind-the-scenes look at how it works and building it for free for 3 randomly selected attendees.

From Brick & Mortar to Shopify Success

Most brands start online. Robert Nelson did the opposite and it changed everything. He used real-world feedback, military discipline, and pop-up precision to launch a thriving DTC brand.

In this episode, Robert Nelson of Just Mystic shares the unconventional path his brand took to gain traction - starting offline with brick-and-mortar and pop-up activations before ever building a Shopify store. With a Marine mindset and data-driven instincts, Robert explains why starting on the ground gave him an edge online.

Whether you’re validating a product or scaling DTC, this episode shows why doing it the “wrong” way might be exactly right.

Key Topics Covered:

  • Why starting with a physical location validated the product faster
  • How in-person pop-ups revealed customer behavior and pain points
  • The move from offline to Shopify and what changed
  • Military leadership lessons applied to brand-building
  • Using basic retail economics to unlock higher margin
